The Build Time is relevant to a Single Story 180 - 250mm slab on ground and the house having standard build features.
(2) Quality Building Practices
All inspections must comply with QBCC and Council requirements and allowances.
Comply with engineering requirements and are regularly checked during the build process by a qualified certifier.
All approved plans, certificates and forms are handed over to the client on completion in our hand over folder.
